Hailey serves as Escrow Officer for Commonwealth Land Title’s Dallas National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Joining the NCS in 2023, she processes and finalizes commercial real estate transactions by acting as the central point of communication between all parties involved. Hailey gathers and analyzes title, in conjunction with the underwriting team, to solve complex problems that may arise. She assembles, prepares, and reviews closing documents, and holds and disburses funds.

Joining the industry in 2015, Hailey was a senior commercial escrow officer with Stewart where she closed over $1 billion in complex, national multi-site transactions for all customer types including two national hospitality companies and a national retail corporation.

Hailey graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M Corpus Christi and earned her J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law. She is a member of the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Section. Hailey is member of the First Presbyterian Church of Dallas and a respite provider at Presbyterian Children's Homes & Services. She lives in Dallas, Texas and enjoys spending time with her wife and two children. They love hiking, travelling, and spending as much time as they can outdoors.
