As Commercial Escrow Officer for Commonwealth Land Title’s Dallas National Commercial Services (NCS) operation, Jennifer brings a strong foundation in real estate law and commercial transactions. Beginning her career in the title industry in 2013 working as a real estate attorney, Jennifer has developed expertise in drafting legal documents, preparing escrow agreements, and teaching industry-related classes. Her collaborative approach involves working closely with clients, escrow officers, and underwriting teams to efficiently address and resolve title issues. Since joining the Dallas NCS in 2025, Jennifer oversees the entire closing process, ensuring seamless communication and coordination among all parties involved. Her role as the central point of contact fosters transparency and trust, contributing to successful transaction outcomes.
 
Jennifer is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association. She is a Sustaining Member in the Junior League of Dallas and a lifelong member of Highland Park United Methodist Church. Jennifer attended Vanderbilt University on a cross country/track scholarship for two years and received her undergraduate degree from SMU and received her JD from SMU Dedman School of Law.
 
Jennifer lives in Dallas, Texas with her two boys and enjoys running, skiing, and reading.
