ABOUT Shelby

As Commercial Escrow Officer for Commonwealth Land Title’s Dallas National Commercial Services (NCS) operation, Shelby successfully handles a wide range of complex commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, refinances, development projects, and multi-state transactions.

Shelby has been a member of TMHA since 2022 and a Capital Campaign Board Member of Nu Chapter of Kappa Delta since 2025. She has a bachelor’s degree in hospitality and tourism management from Oklahoma State University and a law degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law. Shelby is originally from Perkins, Oklahoma and now calls Dallas home. Outside of work, she  enjoys gardening, needlepointing, reading, hosting, and spending time with family, friends, and her Aussiedoodle, Griffin.
