ABOUT ZACH
Zach Miller serves as Senior Vice President and NCS Manager for Commonwealth Land Title’s Dallas National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. A member of the title industry since 2012, he joined the Dallas NCS in 2018. In his current role, Zach facilitates closings for high liability, multi-site, multi-state commercial real estate transactions. His clients include large real estate companies, life companies, REIT’s, and equity firms across a myriad of industries including power & energy, retail insurance, multi-family housing, new construction, industrial, office buildings, and agriculture/land.
Zach lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife and children. He is active in church and other faith-based organizations.
